Ravi Shidore, born in 1953, Graduate in Electrical Engineering from Govt. College Of Engineering, Pune in 1975, has an excellent academic track record. He is merit list holder of Secondary Board Examination of Maharashtra State. He has been also a recipient of Government Open Merit Scholarship and National Scholarship. Throughout the Engineering College Career, he was the topper in the college and also recipient of S. B. Joshi’s scholarship, After Graduation he completed his Diploma in Business Management. Simultaneously, he has rich hands on experience while working in following organisations - Advani Oerlikon Ltd as R & D Engineer in R & D Dept. (Technical collaboration with Oerlicon von, Switzerland) Kirloskar Consultants Ltd., as Project Officer in Market Research & Economics Studies Dept. (A leading consultancy organisation of Renowned Kirloskar Group of the country) -Morris Electronics Ltd.- as Marketing Executive looking after marketing and diversification projects (Technical collaboration with Hitachi Metals and Nippon Ferrites, Japan.) As can appreciated from above, he has gathered vast experience in various business activities - R&D, Finance, Marketing, Market Research, Feasibility Projects, Vision For New Diversification Projects etc. He started a proprietary Company "MICROSYS" in 1984. Looking at the growing market of personal computers and the power situation in the country, he decided to start manufacturing UPS Systems as the " PIONEERING INDUSTRY" in the country . It may be noted here that Mr. Ravi Shidore is the first generation businessman. During his business career he has visited all the developed countries like USA, JAPAN, SINGAPORE, HONG KONG and ALL EUROPEAN COUNTRIES for marketing tie up, technical tie up, manufacturing tie up etc. Mrs. Medha Shidore, is a Graduate from Pune University in Micro Biology. She has a work experience in R& D of Bhartiya Agro Industries Foundation, (BAIF) as a Research Officer. She took up a job in Nationalised Bank and looked after foreign exchange portfolio. She has an experience of working in a leading consultancy organisation of the country viz. Kirloskar Consultants Ltd and was exposed to the functioning of various industries like Sugar, Petrochemicals, Steel and Cement etc. After working successfully in these organisations she joined as a Director of Shidore-Microsys Electronics Pvt. Ltd., in 1997. She guides the Company with unique and well designed strategies.
