For every product of S.M.E.P.L a production process audit system is adopted, to ensure the use of best available material to bring out a reliat Quality product A special task force is always active to source raw material and evaluate the performance and claims made by the suppliers. Selected material and components are tested and evaluated at S.M.E.P.L labs and then passed on to the assembly lines for production.

The responsibility of assembly is entrusted to trained personnel, equipped with state-of-art tools and equipment to bring out a quality product PNEUMATIC TOOLS, WAVE SOLDERING M/c., COMPONENT FORMING, WIRE CRIMPING machines are used for perfect & efficient assembly. Skilled workforce, performs important functions of assembling Printed Circuit Boards, Wire Harnesses 8i Sub assemblies. The floor at the PCB assembly section is covered with anti static flooring. The plant layout supplements the free flow of raw material. Trolleys & conveyors are used for the movement of goods.

OSCILLOSCOPES, MULTI METERS, TRUE RMS meters are used for subassembly testing.

All finished products of assembly line are tested on the parameters like Input Voltage Range, Load Conditions, etc. After every single UPS is assured, then it is passed for a BURN-IN test. This rigorous test is conducted, by stimulating extreme field conditions for 48 hours.
