On an existing Temperature & Voltage sensor device , the external temp sensor was to be replaced by Internal semiconductor temp sensor.

Our prestigious customer wanted to remove the bulky & operationally difficult external sensor with small  built in sensor.

The DS 18S20 was identified. Schematic suitably modified. Bios & application programme was written & ported successfully.

During  verification it was observed that the temp measurment conversion was taking about 400 msec , keeping Processor occupied during this time.

The application programme was skillfully divided into  2  parts .  The processor was occupied only for 14 msec.

The successful product gave the customer an edge over the competitors.
